With their popularity, many restaurants and cafes in various places that try to gain customers by mimic McDonald's logo and font. Not exactly the same of course, because there are trademark and copyright issues, but you definitely can see the resemblance. Maybe they're hoping that some hungry person misidentified their places as McDonald's and just rushing in?

Haha! Well, at least they're trying. I also saw a shop in Moscow the other day that tried to mimic the logo of the Metro station, in a deceiving attempt to get people to mistake the logo for the Metro sign, and decide to enter the shop because they walked half a mile in the wrong direction AWAY from the ACTUAL Metro station.
(Maybe just to give the owner a slap...)
